This game helps reinforce the development of concepts such as memory and cognition because you need to remember all the actions already completed, remember the sequence, and think ahead about what actions to add to the train.

  • This game can be played with a partner or in a small group but you need at least 2 people.

  • At the beginning of the game you need to choose if you want to allow repeated actions or not.

  • The player who goes first does a small movement, like a jump.

  • Then the next player must copy the movement and add their own to the train. For example, they would do the same jump as the first person and then may touch their nose.

  • The next person would then have to do the jump, touch their nose, and add a new action.

  • The game continues in this pattern and the train continues to grow until someone misses an action.

  • When an action is missed, if playing in a group, that person is out, and the game continues. If playing in a pair the person who did not forget an action wins, and the game is over.
